Business Insider reported it opened in December 2025 with 10 mobile homes, about 15 minutes from the Hyperion site, and that deposits from data-center workers secured the homes before they were placed. Homes are furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom units, often shared by colleagues or family, and tenants have asked for month-to-month leases.
