About $3,000/mo for a furnished 4-bed, 2-bath home, utilities included (as of Sept 2026 reporting) Last checked Nov 5, 2026 via Business Insider. Rates change, so confirm before you move.
Mobile-home park in Delhi operated by Parish Line Properties (Angel and Bryan Crawford). Business Insider reported it opened in December 2025 with 10 mobile homes, about 15 minutes from the Hyperion site, and that deposits from data-center workers secured the homes before they were placed. Homes are furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom units, often shared by colleagues or family, and tenants have asked for month-to-month leases. Because units were spoken for at opening, call or use a housing request to ask about current openings — we are not publishing a vacancy count.

Hampton Inn & Suites Monroe
$380/night quoted in August 2026 reporting (not a monthly rate) Last checked Nov 5, 2026 via The Advocate / nola.com. Rates change, so confirm before you move.

The Advocate reported that a Monroe Hampton Inn quoted $380 a night in August 2026, versus about $120 for a comparable Baton Rouge Hampton, and that many local hotels were fully leased by contractors. Ask about weekly or monthly pricing and whether contractor blocks still have rooms. This is a reported nightly quote, not a guaranteed current rate.
