CMH describes a 31-acre village (construction start July 15, 2025; grand opening November 10, 2025; services contract June 2025–June 2035) with modular lodging, dining, laundry, recreation and an RV park. The Advocate reported about 500 residents just off I-20 near Delhi, with a food hall serving breakfast from 4:30 a.m. (meal cards required) and separate areas for single women and married couples. This is not an open-booking motel — ask your employer or CMH whether your crew is assigned here. The phone listed is CMH's published number, not a proven front-desk line at the village.

Drive times are rough one-way estimates for normal traffic, not measured routes. Shift-change traffic around the Holly Ridge gate, weather, and which entrance you use can add a lot. Sheriff Neal Harwell told The Advocate the site sees 5,000–7,000 vehicles a day.
