Contractor-oriented 130-acre workforce complex developed by Mammoth Industries. The project page lists modular suites, dining, laundry, recreation (including basketball and soccer) and an RV park, with camp services under contract from August 1, 2025 through December 2028 (groundbreaking April 7, 2025; scheduled completion November 1, 2025). Mammoth's RV resort page separately advertises 300 full-service RV sites with 50/30/20-amp hookups, Starlink Wi-Fi, laundry, showers, fitness and a dog park, and lists booking at (318) 723-9026 or hollyridgerv@mammothindustriesinc.com. Ask whether lodge rooms and RV pads are reserved for contractor crews or available to independent travelers. A nationwide camp line is also published as 877-EZ-CAMPS (877-392-2677).

Drive times are rough one-way estimates for normal traffic, not measured routes. Shift-change traffic around the Holly Ridge gate, weather, and which entrance you use can add a lot. Sheriff Neal Harwell told The Advocate the site sees 5,000–7,000 vehicles a day.
